From his first job greeting customers at his local village tandoori restaurant over twenty years ago, to his travels across the whole Asian continent, founder Freddie Southwell’s food is inspired by the delights of Asian cuisine and culture. A self-educated chef with no boundaries, Freddie creates beautifully crafted food inspired by a passion for spices and fresh quality produce.
