Although the concept of running a catering company had been a dream for many years, TuckIn Catering was officially birthed during the pandemic. As a professionally trained chef who has spent her whole life in hospitality, I have been catering for many parties, events and private dinners over the years, all whilst holding down a full time job.​
Whilst furloughed in 2020, I started to cater for my neighbours' and friends' birthdays and anniversaries delivering directly to their doors. Lockdown made me realise how much I loved to see people enjoy my food and I decided to "go for it".
