Our biltong is all hand made from premium quality grass-fed British and Irish beef in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Craig, our biltong master, learned to make biltong in the Zambezi Valley of Zimbabwe and has been making biltong using his secret blend of herbs and spices for 30 years. We don’t prepack our biltong and only sell it freshly sliced, online and in our shops.
