In just three years, SoBe Burger has gone from a successful launch in a brewery, dreamed up by two burger obsessives, to the fastest growing burger brand in the UK. It all started when our founders, school friends Tom and Alex, took a trip to the states. They were looking for the best food Florida had to offer and they quickly found it in Miami’s downtown burger joints. They fell in love with a laidback burger that championed the beef, bun and sauce. And so, SoBe Burger (an acronym of ‘South Beach’) was born.
Find us at Ely Court, Royal Victoria Place from 5pm Monday to Thursday and from 12pm Friday to Sunday.
