Each quarter, we bring you four short, focused talks covering essential topics like marketing, sales strategy, financial planning and business growth – all tailored to the needs of small, independent businesses.

Winter talks:

1. Midlife, Money & Momentum: Unlocking Profit & Purpose, with Tracey Louise, MenoMoney. In this transformative talk, Tracey Louise, founder of MenoMoney and a passionate advocate for female entrepreneurs over 40, explores how midlife challenges can quietly sabotage business success, and how to turn them into powerful levers for growth. From brain fog and burnout to financial anxiety and decision fatigue, Tracey unpacks the emotional undercurrents that influence how we earn, spend, and lead. Discover practical mindset shifts and money strategies that help you rebuild confidence, boost productivity, and align your business with your deeper purpose. This session is a must for purpose-led founders ready to reframe their relationship with money, reclaim their energy, and unlock sustainable wealth on their own terms.

Hazel from Get Ahead shows how outsourcing can lighten the load, giving you back valuable time and headspace to focus on what really matters. From admin and social media to specialist support, Hazel shares the benefits of outsourcing for productivity, flexibility and peace of mind.
