Nicola has been running Daisy First Aid classes since January 2017 and as a parent herself she is able to make her classes relevant to all with examples and knowledge of local resources available. If a child were to fall and bump their head, ate something they should not do, choked on something, or fell unconscious having the skills and confidence to help them can make all the difference before the emergency services arrive.
The award winning CPD accredited Family First Aid class (2 hours) is perfect for expectant and new parents, antenatal groups, children’s activity providers and babysitters. It covers a wealth of topics including recovery positions, choking and CPR for babies, children and adults.
Public and private classes are available as well as an e-learning module so that you can choose when, how and who you want to learn with.Classes can be held in the comfort of your own home or garden, in venues across the area or live online.
A variety of courses are available for all childcare professionals and children’s activity providers too. These include the Level 3 Paediatric First Aid courses (6 or 12 hours) in line with Ofsted and EYFS requirements, Duty of Care certificates for those that do not require the formal qualifications and E-learning modules on a number of relevant topics.
