Who's coming to our special member evening at Mereworth Wines on 25th April? Ahead of the evening we spoke to head winemaker Scott Gebbie for the April issue of County Chronicle, the news and lifestyle magazine for Sevenoaks, Westerham and Edenbridge. It was great to learn more about Scott's own background, their vineyards and what makes their award-winning wines so special.
Our member event is going to be great fun and the perfect introduction to this local independent. We'll enjoy a glass of wine on arrival and a peek inside the Mereworth tank room and bottle store, before Scott takes us through a guided tasting of their sparkling wines. We'll also have a selection of light bites from resident chef Charlotte, and head of bar Rhys will demo how to make two cocktails using Mereworth spirits. Members can enjoy a discount on wine from the bar plus bottles to take home.
