We are dedicated to the craft of sourcing, roasting and sharing specialty coffee. Our aim is to build long-term ethical relationships, whilst helping businesses and individuals to discover and enjoy beautiful coffee. We source our green beans through importers we believe have demonstrated a high standard in ethical trading and shown a genuine interest in the lives and lively hoods of the coffee farmers they trade with. Working with them allows us to offer you a variety of origins and to focus on what we love doing best, roasting and sharing coffee.
We roast to showcase the unique and best flavours in each of our coffees allowing them to be enjoyed across a range of brewing methods. All our coffees are roasted on our Loring S7 Nighthawk which uses less gas and boasts less emission than conventional roasters. It also allows us to roast lighter, but still developed, tasty coffee.
